Payment Methods:

We process all our payments via PayPal, so you can be assured that we are who we say we are, that PayPal knows who we are and that your credit card information is securely processed by a trusted source - we don't even see your credit card or PayPal information. All processing is referred to the Paypal processing system via their latest, secure, encrypted payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to order from us.

Inventory:

Although we strive to keep all products shown on the website in stock at all times, there may be circumstances that cause a product to be temporarily unavailable. We are at the mercy of the manufacturers and our suppliers to keep us informed of any shortages or discontinuations. Product prices and availability may change at any time without notice. If the status of a product changes after an order has been placed, we will do all we can to fill the order using alternate suppliers. If we cannot fill the order in a timely manner we will refund the price of the order back to your PayPal acct. or Credit Card.

Sales Tax:
We are in the state of Oregon, USA - there is no sales tax here. Don't think of moving here though because we have as many people as we need. ;-)

Shipping Methods
Orders are by default shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (5-7 business days). FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping only within continental U.S.A. at this time. Items that are out of stock at our west coast location may be shipped from our east coast warehouse via FedEx ground (5-7 business days). Any order canceled after items have shipped are subject to a $15.00 surcharge to cover FedEx intercept fees.

Damage Claims:
At Taste The Pain, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our top priority. In this rare instance, we will work quickly to resolve any problems. Damage claims must be reported to your FedEx driver to help facilitate the claim process.

Customer Security:
When you place an order with Taste The Pain, all financial information is processed by paypal and we do not see or store any of that information. No personal information is sold or shared in any manner. Customer information is kept for the sole purpose of simplifying ordering in the future and is managed by you at our web site.
